New customers can set up an account online.


Before placing your CustomArray order, be sure you have:

  • Submitted your design request from CustomArray Content.
  • Received email notification that the design is complete.
  • Downloaded the design information files.

During the order process, you will:

  • Provide shipping and payment information.
  • Select the CustomArray chip design(s) and quantity.
  • Place order.

After the order is submitted, email confirmations will be sent verifying receipt and acceptance of your order.
