• Select the CustomArray™ products and quantity.
• Place order.
• FAX purchase order or provide credit card information.

After the order is submitted, email confirmations will be sent verifying receipt and acceptance of your order.

Your CustomArray™ order will be shipped within 30 days from the order confirmation date.

Before placing your CustomArray™ microarray order, be sure you have:

• Submitted your design request using ProbeWeaver™ or our Design-on-Demand™ service.
• Received email notification that the design process is complete.
• Downloaded and reviewed the design information files.
